• Comprehensive counselling service is available for
individuals, couples, and family members as well as lesbians.
• Counselling for individuals begins with an in person
assessment.
• Counselling can be one on one, group, or a combination;
it can be short-term or long-term.
• Education on stress management, meditation, relapse
prevention, nutrition and other topics is offered.
• Evening but no weekend programming.
• Rainbow services is only one department. CAMH offers
many other programmes and services. The website reflects this.
