Weekend worries
Using Tina has become an every weekend habit for me.
I want to quit but am worried about what happens when the
first weekend comes around. What will I do when it's Friday
night and the urge to PnP hits?

Reading your question makes me think right away of a friend
of mine who had to take really drastic measures to stop using
Tina, including leaving town. He's back now and doing well,
and recently when we were chatting he told me that what he
had to do to face weekends without Tina was to create a social
calendar the likes of which he never had. Breakfast with a
friend, lunch with another friend, dinner plans, movie plans,
the gym, work, anything he could think of. One weekend at
a time this seemed to get him through. That, combined with
a treatment program and other aids has helped him a lot. This
is by no means an expert suggestion but I know it helped with
my friend's weekend worries. Good luck
