Sometimes it’s hard to know who to ask, or who to trust. Sometimes it’s hard to access professional resources in our community. We have a recruited a panel of community experts who have volunteered to answer your questions online.

Your question is likely one others have as well. Help yourself. Help someone else. If it’s on your mind, drop us a line. We will credit questions to first names only. You may provide a pseudonym if you prefer. If you are not from Toronto, we’d like to know where you are writing from. Please submit your questions here. You can write in as often as you like.

Every week we will choose a question to refer to a member of our team of experience to answer. You will receive a personal response and we will post it here for others to read as well. Check back here for the answer to your question.
